The mighty Nexus 6
is beginning its global domination offensive, with availability being
shared on the Google Play support pages. The list isn't as long as the
Nexus 9's, but it's a good start for now. Plus, with the excellent Moto Maxx becoming official, there are other options around that are just as good even if you're not on the list.
The Nexus 6 availability includes the US and Canada, the UK, India,
Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Sweden, the Netherlands, Japan
and Australia. The Nexus 6 price has been set at 649 USD and 699 USD for
the 32 GB and 64 GB version respectively. This equates to 649/699 EUR
in Europe, 499/549 GBP in the UK, 44,000/49,000 INR in India and
probably 1,650 AUD (just kidding, it'll be 869/929 AUD Down Under).
- Everything you need to know about the Nexus 6
The Nexus 6 has appeared in the Play Store in India and Australia
just this morning (as well as across Europe), but it is still showing
''Coming Soon'' in the critical shipping times section. As soon as that
changes to ''1-2 days'' we expect an internet meltdown followed by an
update to say ''Out of stock. Check back soon.'' In other news, the
Nexus 6 is now available on Motorola's web store as well. Shipping dates will be entirely dependent on how quickly you order one and how quickly Google runs out of stock.
Will you be picking up a Nexus 6? Is it coming to your country?
